Brian brings a blend of commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and real-world business ownership to his role as a business broker. Over the past decade, he has been managing beef farming operations alongside property investment projects. Prior to this, he was a National Agribusiness Manager with Mars NZ Ltd, where he consistently delivered sales targets, developed long-term client partnerships, and honed his skills in strategic negotiation.
Before moving to New Zealand in 2009, Brian had hands-on management experience in retail with Lidl UK where he was an Area Manager with responsibility for multiple sites across London and the fitness industry as a General Manager of large-scale leisure centres, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities business owners face. His ability to identify value, build trust, and facilitate smooth transactions ensures clients and customers receive the best possible outcomes when buying or selling a business.
